This policy explains what personal data DroneDelivery.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: the server keeps basic logs for two weeks, messages you send through the contact form reach the site owner by email, and Google Analytics runs only if you accept it.
Who is responsible
DroneDelivery.com is run by Jonathan Frei as a private individual, who is the controller for the personal data described here. To get in touch, use the contact form.
When you visit the site
Like every web server, ours records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser's user agent and the response status. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Pages don't embed content from other sites. Following a source link takes you to that site, whose own privacy policy applies.
When you use the contact form
We receive your name, email address, organization (optional), topic and message, along with the time and your IP address for spam prevention. We use them only to reply to you and, for tips and corrections, to update the site. Messages are stored on our server and forwarded to the owner's email account, which is hosted by Google (Gmail).
We keep messages as long as needed to handle your request. Copies on the server are deleted automatically after 24 months.
Legal basis: replying to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We also record when the contact form is sent and which tracker filters are used, never the content of your message.
